Willian has rejected an offer to extend his contract at Chelsea and is wanted by Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal and Manchester United.
The Brazilian was not convinced by the Blues latest offer and looks set to leave the club at the end of the season.
PSG sporting director Leonardo is fond of Willian, but the Premier League duo are also in contention, though Juventus and Barcelona are keeping an eye on him.
